Let’s Talk About… Olena Teliha. The Poet of Fiery Borders

Brilliant author, sensitive beauty, and unbreakable heroine who gave her life for the future of Ukraine.

In 1941, as part of a branch group of the OUN, Teliha returned from exile to Kyiv, headed the Union of Ukrainian Writers, edited the weekly “Litavry”. In February 1942, together with other Ukrainian writers, she was shot in Babyn Yar.
