Volodymyr Kedrovsky was a military officer, public and political figure, colonel of the Ukrainian People’s Republic (UPR) army, head of the UPR Diplomatic Mission to Latvia, Estonia, and Finland, head of the Ukrainian Service of the Voice of America radio station; a representative of the second wave of emigration—lived and worked in Austria and the United States.

Lesia Khraplyva-Shchur is a Ukrainian writer, journalist, Plast activist and educator in the diaspora.

Robert Bohdan Klymasz was a Canadian folklorist of Ukrainian descent, public figure, and executive director of the Ukrainian Cultural and Educational Centre "Oseredok". He lives and works in Canada.

Filip Konowal was a Ukrainian-Canadian soldier, the only Ukrainian to be awarded the Victoria Cross, the highest military honor in the United Kingdom.

Isydora Kosach-Borysova was a Ukrainian memoirist, teacher, translator, cultural activist, and agronomist. She was a corresponding member of the Ukrainian Academy of Arts and Sciences (UVAN) and an honorary member of the Ukrainian Women's Association of America—daughter of Olena Pchilka and younger sister of Lesia Ukrainka.

Volodymyr Kubijovyč was a scholar, historian, geographer, encyclopedist, publisher, and public figure who made great efforts  to create the Encyclopedia of Ukraine, the most significant scientific project of the Ukrainian diaspora. 

Mykola Livytsky was a Ukrainian diplomat and politician, President of the Ukrainian People's Republic in exile (1967-1989).

Andriy Livytskyi was a statesman and active  political figure in Ukrainian state-building  of the first half of the twentieth century, member of the Ukrainian Central Rada (Council), Prime Minister of the Ukrainian People’s Republic (UPR) government, Head of the UPR Directorate, and the first President of the UPR in exile.

Olena Lototska was one of the most active leaders of the Ukrainian women's movement in the Ukrainian diaspora, a long-time head of the Ukrainian National Women's League of America (UNWLA) and co-founder of the World Federation of Ukrainian Women's Organizations (WFUWO).
