Liyudmyla Morozova was a Ukrainian and American impressionist artist, philanthropist, and donor to the restoration of St. Michael's Golden-Domed Cathedral in Kyiv.

Mykhailo Omelianovych-Pavlenko was a Ukrainian military, public and political figure, Colonel General of the Army of the Ukrainian People's Republic, Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Galician Army, and the UPR Army, Minister of Military Affairs of the UPR State Center in exile; a representative of the second wave of emigration.

Marko (Markiyan Hryhoriy) Paslawsky (1959-2014) was a US-born Ukrainian who moved to Ukraine to contribute to its economic development and, with the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war in 2014, came to its defense as a private in the Donbas Battalion of the National Guard of Ukraine.
