Isydora Kosach-Borysova was a Ukrainian memoirist, teacher, translator, cultural activist, and agronomist. She was a corresponding member of the Ukrainian Academy of Arts and Sciences (UVAN) and an honorary member of the Ukrainian Women's Association of America—daughter of Olena Pchilka and younger sister of Lesia Ukrainka.

Lesia Khraplyva-Shchur is a Ukrainian writer, journalist, Plast activist and educator in the diaspora.

Mykyta Shapoval was a Ukrainian public and political figure, founder of national sociology, publicist, forester, and poet.

Viacheslav Lypynsky was a Ukrainian historian, publicist, politician, and public figure. He founded the statehood trend in Ukrainian historiography and the Ukrainian monarchist movement, created a theoretical background of Ukrainian conservatism, was the Ambassador of Ukraine to Austria-Hungary, and represented the second wave of emigration. He lived and worked in Austria and Germany.

Pavlo Skoropadsky was a descendant of an ancient Cossack family, a general  in the Imperial Russian Army. He gained popularity in Ukrainian military circles during the revolutionary events of 1917-1918. In April-December 1918, he was Hetman of Ukraine.

Andriy Livytskyi was a statesman and active  political figure in Ukrainian state-building  of the first half of the twentieth century, member of the Ukrainian Central Rada (Council), Prime Minister of the Ukrainian People’s Republic (UPR) government, Head of the UPR Directorate, and the first President of the UPR in exile.

Ivan Buchko was a church and public figure, Archbishop of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church; he lived and worked in Italy and the United States.

Mstyslav (Stepan Skrypnyk) was the first Patriarch of Kyiv and All Ukraine, a Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Ukraine, the United States, Western Europe, South America, Australia, and New Zealand.   

Agapius Honcharenko was a church, public figure, publicist, publisher and Ukrainian Orthodox priest in the United States.
